The Hahndorf Farm Barn is one of Adelaide’s most popular destinations to celebrate children's birthdays. Children of all ages just love having birthday parties at the Hahndorf Farm Barn surrounded by their favourite cute and cuddly animals. There are a number of activities for kids that are both safe and full of fun. We have a covered area just outside the main Farm Barn building which is set up with picnic benches and seating under a pergola as well as a second area under a rotunda in a more secluded section of the farm. And if the weather is warm and sunny there is a delightful shaded area under the trees as well. Parties run for 2 hours to fit everything in!! There are a range of activities for kids to keep them engaged throughout the session. Sessions run from either 10.30am to 12.30pm or 1.30pm to 3.30pm so give us a call to book yours soon!Bookings are essential.
We offer two different kinds of birthday parties here at the farm barn. Our most popular party option is our personally hosted and catered party for kids for 2 hours. Let us look after the catering for your party, we even do your party decorations in a farm theme, and you get to leave the mess behind - all you need to bring are the kids!
We can even come to you! We have a mobile farm party option if you'd prefer to have your party at home but would still love to have some Farm Barn animals there!
We usually host a couple of kid's birthday parties on both Saturday and Sunday so it is necessary for you to book ahead. This enables us to set aside a special area for you. It really is a fun place to celebrate that special children's birthday.

"We had my daughters 6th birthday at Hahndorf Farm Barn on Sunday 2nd of September. We had 12 children, fully catered & were allowed to stay & play longer as well!! All of the kids had a great time & we did too!! You guys are doing a fantastic job and I think it is amazing that there is a place such as yours so close to the city where "city kids" can come to interact with farm animals, especially since so many of them don't even have any pets. All of the kids loved feeding the animals and milking the cow & quite a few asked if they could take the guinea pigs and rabbits home. Our hosts were fantastic, and not once did I see a single one of the kids sulking or sitting down. We had many warn out kids that were early to bed that night.
